1. Applicability

These terms apply to all orders placed via the website of Jitske Nap, established in Amsterdam, Chamber of Commerce [KvK], hereinafter referred to as the “seller.”

By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these terms.

2. Products – Custom-Made and Limited Editions

All fine art prints offered are custom-made products and are produced specifically upon the buyer’s order.

This includes:

• prints in limited editions, and/or

• prints produced according to specifications selected by the buyer, such as size, paper type, or finish.

3. Right of Withdrawal

Custom-made products are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code.

This means that once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned.

By placing an order, the buyer agrees to waive the right of withdrawal.

4. Changes After Ordering

Changes to an order may be submitted until 10:00 AM on the next working day following the order, provided that production has not yet started.

After this point, the order is final.

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped within a maximum of 10 working days after receipt of payment, unless stated otherwise. Delivery times are indicative and do not entitle the buyer to compensation in case of delays.

Delivery within the Netherlands

Shipping is carried out via PostNL. After dispatch, the buyer will receive a tracking code.

Delivery outside the Netherlands

We ship within Europe. Shipping costs for orders outside the Netherlands are based on actual shipping costs, to which a contribution is requested from the buyer.

6. Inspection Upon Receipt and Complaints

The buyer must inspect the product immediately upon receipt for visible defects or transport damage.

Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 48 hours after receipt via [email], including the order number and clear photos of both the product and the packaging.

7. Liability

The seller is not liable for:

• minor color deviations caused by screen settings

• normal variations inherent to fine art printing processes

• damage resulting from incorrectly provided specifications by the buyer

In all cases, liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
